Last year we performed this survey and based on the results we made some changes to our laptop policy. To measure the impact of these changes and to continuous improve, we want to perform the same survey again, so we can compare the results and validate if other changes need to be made.
With this survey we want to better understand the potential issues you face with your laptop. We've chosen to not make this survey anonymous, as we want to be able to interact with you to resolve issues and make sure our updated policy is correct.
We also want to stress out that you can always reach out to the IT team if you face any issues with your devices, software, ... We're here to help you, the only thing we ask in return is to create an IT ticket for it.
