To keep the focus on our clients and ensure a good balance, we apply the following rules for internal attendance:
âś… You can sign up if you:
- Have a client-facing role
- Have a client or contact attending the event
- Are actively contributing (e.g. speaker, panelist, demo giver, etc.)
📊 We keep internal attendance limited to max. 1/5 of the total guests (example: 20 ITPers at an event with 100 external attendees)
đź“… Deadline to register: 1.5 weeks before the event
Marketing checks if the 1/5 internal cap is respected. If there are too many registrations, we’ll select based on role and relevance. You’ll receive a confirmation - or a polite "not this time" message - at least 1 week before the event.
